Coach Luciano played five years with the Varsity Blues Men's Soccer team at the University of Toronto as the starting goalkeeper. In that time, the Blues won three OUA Provincial silver medals and one CIS National silver medal (2005). After completing his competitive eligibility with the team, Coach Luciano was appointed as Goalkeeper Coach for the Blues, a position he has held since the 2009 season. Coach Luciano also runs the Camp U of T Senior Soccer camps at the University.
Coach Luciano is currently a candidate for the OSA Provincial B License after passing the Pre-B Assessment, and has completed the OSA Coaching diplomas (Child, Youth, Senior). He also holds the OSA Goalkeeping Coaching Diploma and the NSCAA Goalkeeping Coaching Level 1 Diploma, and is working towards his United States Soccer Federation (USSF) License.
